Alongside general themes and topics that affect all modern families of every shape and size, we currently focus our efforts on these key pillars:
Neurodiversity:
Raising awareness and championing neurodiversity inclusion for both neurodivergent adults and parents & carers of neurodivergent children. We do this in partnership with GAIN - the group for autism, insurance, investment and neurodiversity.
Domestic abuse:
By raising awareness, inspiring and supporting insurance employers to tackle domestic abuse we can make systemic change to the way domestic abuse is handled in the UK.
Working dads:
Supporting Working Dads and championing what they need in the workplace to be the Dads they want to be.
Fertility:
To support the existing and growing ways that fertility effects men and women in the workplace. Provide information on best practise for organisations and support those navigating both family and work.
Carers and generational needs:
Shining a light on carers in all capacities and of all ages, to provide heightened understanding and crucial support that’s needed to empower them in the workplace and ensure they are treated fairly.
Access to Insurance:
Our new workstream focussing on opening up access to careers in the insurance industry for underrepresented groups.
