From Babies with Love
Poor experience across parental leave causes talent attrition, with financial cost and gender imbalance consequences. From Babies with Love is a social enterprise that donates 100% of its profits to orphaned and abandoned children. We believe every child should be safe, loved and learning.
We help solve the challenge of connecting with colleagues across parental leave, and in returning to work. Our parental leave gift service transforms employee engagement; it’s the story of how your gifts communicate appreciation for your colleagues, and at the same time support a vulnerable child, that creates such meaningful connection.
Connecting retention and inclusion strategy with your values, ESG results and contributing to seven of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we transform commonly existing spend it to a strategic, consistent and inclusive tool in your Working Parents programme.
